How do I get started?
To join the fun, download our poker software. After you have completed the registration form, we will send a validation code to your email address. Confirm your Gameday Account and play poker and backgammon at one of
the fastest growing sites. It is that simple!
Can I test the software before joining for real money?
Yes, you can play at our free poker games at no charge. When you are ready to play poker for real money, visit our Cashier and make a deposit.
I never seem to receive the validation code. Why is that?
Either the email address that you have entered is incorrect, or you are SPAM-filtering our emails. Our system automatically sends out the code within a few minutes. If you keep having problems, please try again with
an alternative e-mail address.
When I try to validate my code and email address, the "send" button remains grey and inactive.
Should the “send” button remain inactive, please enter the code character by character. With "Cut & Paste" an extra blank may have been included; which causes the system to invalidate the code.
I have noticed a spelling mistake in my real name or an incorrect country flag; however, I cannot change it myself. What do I need to do?

I would like to have more than one account. Is that allowed?
To ensure parity and fair play, we do not permit multiple real money accounts to any individual.
I have no free disconnects left, how can get them back?
You can reset your number of free disconnects back to two (2) every 24 hours. To do so, click on the Tools menu and Reset Free Disconnects.
