I am running out of play money, how do I get more funds?
You can reset your Play Money balance to 2000. Simply click on Cashier in the lobby and then Reset Play Money in the Play Money tab. Please notice that you can only do so as long as your play money balance is below
1000.
What are free disconnects?
In order to protect our players from unfair behavior, such as the all-in on purpose, we provide the concept of free disconnects. The maximum number of free disconnects is two. Every time you lose your connection and
do not get back in time you lose one free disconnect. You are allowed to reset the number of free disconnects to two, but just once a day. Once you are out of free disconnects, the money you have put into a pot is no longer protected in
case of a disconnection.
What if I lose my connection during a poker hand?
If you are able to reconnect in time, you will receive extra time to act. Otherwise, if you have a free disconnect left, you will be considered all-in. Therefore, you can only lose what you had bet before you lost
your connection; additionally, you can only win the respective amounts from the other players in that pot. If you do not have a free disconnect left and you are unable to reconnect in time, the money you had bet is lost. Please note that we
do not provide disconnect protection at play money tables.
Can I get hand histories about my poker play?
Yes, in the lobby, go to the Tools menu and Request Hand History. You have three different options:
You can get a hand history for a certain number of recent hands (min. 1, max. 100).
You can get a hand history for a specific hand number.
You can get a hand history for a complete multi-table-tournament (MTT) or satellite tournament. For Sit-and-Go tournaments you have to use the first option.
