How do I keep my Gameday Account secure?
First, and of paramount importance, never let others know your password! In order to have a password that is highly secure, make sure you follow these guidelines:
- Create a password that consists of both letters and numbers.
- Choose a unique password, not the same one you use on other sites.
- Choose a password that is not easily connectible to you. Do not use the name of your spouse, your pet or your favorite sports team etc.
Why do I need to validate my e-mail address? How to do it?
Because of our high security standards, it is important for us to be sure that the account holder and the owner of the e-mail address are the same person. Before you can play for real money at GamedayPoker your
e-mail address must be validated.
In order to verify your email address, go to the Tools menu and select Validate E-Mail Address. You will be asked to enter your validation code. The code was sent to your email address when you opened a Gameday Account. Every time you
change your email address, a new code will be sent for verification.
If you have not received a validation code, please check that you have entered your correct e-mail address in the Change User Data; which is located in the Tools menu.
What kind of deposit methods do you offer?
GamedayPoker offers a wide range of deposit methods, which include:
- Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard)
- NETELLER
- Moneybookers
- Click&Buy
- Paysafecard
- Bank Transfer
- Western Union
How do I deposit?
In the game client, go to the Cashier and click Deposit.
How do I cash out?
In the game client, go to the Cashier and click Withdrawal.
Why is my credit card being declined and what can I do?
GamedayPoker transactions are treated as gambling purchases. Some banks that issue credit cards do not allow gambling transactions. Please try again, double-check your credit card data and change your current address
to your credit card billing address. You may also want to try a lower deposit amount. If everything fails, please have a look at our deposits page to find alternatives. For details, please contact us at
support@gamedaypoker.com.
What is the minimum and maximum deposit a player can make?
Currently the purchase limits for all credit cards are:
€25 - minimum purchase
€500 - maximum amount to purchase within 24 hours
€1500 - maximum amount to purchase within 30 days
If you would like to deposit a larger amount, you may use Western Union or make a bank transfer. For details please contact our support at support@gamedaypoker.com. For Moneybookers, Neteller,
paysafecard and Click&Buy the minimum deposit
is €10 and the maximum deposit €500.
What is the minimum and maximum cash out amount?
Minimum is €50 for a bank transfer and €100 for a check. There is no maximum of course.
Are there any cash out restrictions?
Yes, we require that the first cash out be made 10 days after your last deposit. Furthermore we limit the number of cash outs to 2 within a time window of 30 days for bank transfers and checks.
Can I cancel a cash out?
Yes, this is possible, as long as the cash out is still pending. Please send a message to our live support or send us an email to cashier@gamedaypoker.com.
How long do cash outs usually take?
This depends on the chosen method. As an estimate it takes 1-2 days for the online payment methods to a couple of business days for bank transfers. Checks take the longest time to arrive; as such, you can expect the
funds in 14 business days or less. If it takes longer, feel free to contact our live support or email us at cashier@gamedaypoker.com.
When will my Western Union deposit be credited to my account?
Usually we pick up WU deposits within a business day; however, public holidays may extend the procedure. Since our time zone is GMT+1 your business hours may vary from ours.
Are transfers to other accounts possible?
Yes, please use the function available under the Tools menu and select Transfer Funds.
Is my money safe at GamedayPoker?
Yes, it is absolutely safe to keep funds in your Gameday Account. We keep our customers' money separate from our operational accounts.
Can I review the deposits and transfers that I made in the past?
Yes, you can request a transaction history via email through the cashier window.
